Everywhere we looked, into business, politics, healthcare or education there were managers struggling to meet their companies’ goals, lacking the necessary skills that true leadership demands. Among this landscape of leadership scarcity, one issue stood out starkly to us – the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles. It was not just about numbers; it was about the untapped potential and the diverse perspectives that women could bring to the table.
