  • What is the difference between Flow Open and Flow Pro?

There are many differences between FLOW OPEN courses and FLOW PRO programmes,  especially in scope and structure of content, advancement of content, target audience, scheduling and admission.

    Structure and Content:
FLOW OPEN: These are relatively short, base-level live-online training sessions spread across 1-3 days. Each session is further broken down into modules that last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, usually conducted at weekly intervals. The content is likely broad, covering essential aspects suitable for participants at any career stage and proficiency level.

FLOW PRO: This consists of more comprehensive and advanced training programs, each involving several live-online sessions culminating in an in-person meeting of course alumni. The program structure is more intensive and designed to delve deeper into specialized areas of managerial and leadership skills.

    Target Audience:
FLOW OPEN: Open to anyone interested in management and leadership, regardless of their experience level. This makes it suitable for a wide range of participants, from beginners to more experienced professionals looking to refresh or broaden their knowledge.

FLOW PRO: Targeted at individuals who have at least a basic understanding of management and leadership, except for the First-Time Leaders Bootcamp, which caters to novices. These trainings are more exclusive and aim to deepen the expertise of participants who already possess foundational knowledge.

    Scheduling:
FLOW OPEN: Sessions are held only on weekdays, making it potentially more suitable for those who prefer a standard workweek schedule.

FLOW PRO: These sessions accommodate more flexible scheduling by including weekends, catering to professionals who might need weekend options due to tight weekday schedules.

  • Can I participate in the Flow Pro program without any managerial experience?

If you’re interested in participating in the FLOW PRO offerings but lack managerial experience, the First-Time Leaders Bootcamp would be the ideal entry point. This program focuses on equipping new leaders with the foundational skills needed to begin their managerial journey, making it suitable for those at the start of their leadership path.

For other FLOW PRO trainings, having some prior managerial experience or at least a basic understanding of management principles is generally expected, as these courses aim to build on existing knowledge and delve deeper into more advanced topics.

  • Can I pay by myself or my company must pay?

There are two common payment options:

Self-Payment: You can choose to pay for the training yourself. This is a viable option for individuals who are investing in their own professional development independently of their employer’s initiatives or support.

Company-Sponsored: Often, companies choose to sponsor employees for such training programs as part of their professional development and talent management strategies. This can include full or partial payment of the training fees.
