About the programme
About the programme
Most organizations have a mission, vision, and strategy. The problem is that they stop right there. Teams work intensively, but each in a different direction. Goals are set once a year and forgotten after the first quarter. Priorities become blurred because everything seems “urgent and important.” The result? Lots of activity, few real results. OKR (Objectives & Key Results) is a simple system that transforms strategy into daily action while engaging the entire organization in its execution.

Benefits for a participant
-
You will build a system for managing goals that ensures your team knows what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how their work fits into the organization’s overall strategy.
-
You will become the person responsible for operationalizing strategy, which will give you a seat at the table where important decisions are made and access to the people who make them.
-
You will stop seeing only your slice of the organization. Thanks to OKR, you will gain insight into what other teams are working on and how their work connects with yours.
-
You will build relationships with managers who face similar challenges and create a support network that will stay with you long after the program ends.
Benefits for an organization
