About the programme
About the programme
When offices emptied and teams began meeting exclusively online, many leaders expected their usual skills to be enough. The reality proved different. Unclear expectations, meeting overload and weakened relationships surfaced almost immediately. Questions followed that were hard to answer: is the team truly engaged? How do you know what’s happening without becoming a micromanager? How do you build trust when there’s no shared hallway?
Leading a remote team is an entirely different challenge. It demands a new approach to building relationships, thoughtful communication and motivating a team scattered across different locations, and sometimes different time zones.
This programme supports women in leadership roles to strengthen remote team culture, improve collaboration and guide distributed teams with confidence in hybrid and fully remote settings.
